I find some relief from the bad news and stress in nature films. They remind me that there is much I do not know about this world and there is so much beauty in it. Here is one.
And still one of my favorites:
Monterey Bay Aquarium has videos from their mini-subs and films from around the aquarium for meditation and relaxation. They call them MeditOceans.
Here’s one with Sea Nettle Jellyfish.
From Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute, miraculous:
I think I need to look at these nature videos daily at least.
Stream of Consciousness Saturday, #SOCS, is hosted by Linda G Hill. The prompt for today is ‘mini/maxi.’

That seems like a really good way to relax.

Oh, the Monterey Bay webcams are on my favorites list, and I agree daily watching should be mandatory (it isn’t here, either). But the flapjack octopus??? Too cute. Thanks for posting that so I can add another thing for “calm down!” times.

Hi,
I’ve heard people who have aquariums say that it is very relaxing looking at their fish. It seems to be true by you also.
Wishing you a blessed third Advent.

Thank you for these visual delights. They remind me of this quote: “The universe is full of magical things, patiently waiting for our wits to grow sharper.” Eden Phillpotts
