Like a bird perched precariously on a telephone wire I have been on edge about the pandemic circling our world. I have been lulled into a sense of security with my yearly flu vaccine and now see that I am still vulnerable to these rogue bugs. I do feel a bit better that our government and some business leaders are stepping up with better access to testing, preparedness, and help for people who may lack access to healthcare and need support with paid sick leave and unemployment insurance. It does help to hear our leaders say ‘We are all in this together.’

We are all in this together. There should be comfort in that.

And I thought 2020 would be a better year ๐ I have been doing online shopping and thinking I would get a few extra disinfectant cleaners and Kleenex.. even ordering from locals stores and stuff is selling out. I hope this virus will be gone ASAP. Thank you, Willow. ๐

It’s scary and strange. But some people are rallying to help each other, because we are all in this together. Maybe we’ll realize that more fully and some good will come from this. Take care, Deborah!

I think I have to take it one step at a time too. Too much to think in months. Weeks is enough. Stay well, Renee! xo
