Need A Rest Stop

If we were having coffee, I would tell you I have been hibernating a bit lately because the weather has not been good for walking. Just going out for errands or appointments. Read in the weather reports we are supposed to have thunderstorms but so far only a few sprinkles of rain over our area.

We have had humidity. I did take a walk yesterday when it was 92F, but with humidity my weather app told me it felt like 100F.

The weather app is predicting a storm for tomorrow. We will see. In the meantime, I need to take a ‘digital break.’

High humidity is normal here in NC. When we have a day with low humidity, it’s wonderful. Sounds like you are taking good care of yourself. Good plan with the relaxing images!

I hope you get a break from the humidity and some rain (I know how that sounds). We have been in a sauna for two weeks. It’s not uncommon her in July and August, but it’s gross. A break from negative digital content sounds ideal. I’d like a permanent break from that.

I live in the PNW and while we don’t have the humidity, our temps have been higher than normal and it’s too much for me. My happy place is mid to upper 70’s, maybe low 80’s. No Coffee share for me this week. I just couldn’t get it together but wanted to visit everyone.
