If we were having coffee, I would still be having herbal tea, mango ginger to be exact. I continue on with my daily walks. I am noticing more people out doing the same thing. Not sure if it is the moderate temperatures or that our indoor exercise classes were canceled due to Omicron.
The roadrunner was out for a morning walk the other day. He usually walks or runs everywhere, so this was not new for him. If he had a pedometer or smart watch, I wonder how many steps he would record a day? Probably a lot more than me.

I was lucky to be able to get up a little closer. He didn’t stay still for long. Thank you, JoAnna.

After my Sept. 2021 encounter with corona virus, I lost a lot of stamina. Since then I’ve been walking to rebuild and it’s working. I’m much more deliberate about getting my steps in each day and am wearing a path into the cement path around our back yard – and I’m no where near as light as your fleet-footed friend.

I have read the aftereffects of Covid can hang on. It’s good that the walking is helping you. When I walk regularly I do feel stronger too. It would take us quite a while to get as energetic as the roadrunners. Thank you, Gary.
