Don’t want to sound full of myself, but I think I can turn a phrase pretty well. It’s just my ability to write fiction has dried up lately. My inspiration is uninspired. There is definitely a block, like a stone rolled in front of a tomb. I may need some strong tools to roll it away. Or maybe my muse caught the last train to parts unknown.
Sometimes I think I am finished with writing and blogging. But I have come to the realization that writing is my way to express myself. I do feel satisfied when I can write about things that are important to me. It might be a reaction to an article in the newspaper or the things that bring me joy. Maybe I just need to work a little harder at writing fiction to get those creative juices flowing again.

I’m positive that all bloggers and writers go through the uninspired and dried up phases. It’s a part of the creative process. Perhaps you simply need a little time off to explore other things and rejuvenate the writing juices.

Definitely need some rejuvenation. I do like to keep to writing my blog at least once a week. I have been writing a blog for Weekend Coffee Share, which was a nice change. Thank you for your support, Mary.

I bet your muse will be back after vacationing in parts unknown. That’s some very pretty yarn in the photo.

There are some really pretty yarns these days although I don’t knit. Somehow my muse froze up but hopefully will thaw out maybe after all the stress subsides from this past year.

I have gone from wanting to write fiction to loving to read it. I’ll be ready to add yours to my tbr queue when the creative juices start flowing again.

I am getting into to reading more fiction again too. That kind of dried up during this past year as well. Thank you for wanting to read my fiction when it gets going again.
