Taking some time off to visit my daughter. Leaving a little post about tumbleweeds. When it gets windy in the high desert, people get tumbleweeds blown up to their doors.
Prickly invaders blow into town
Hope you have a good weekend and not too many tumbleweeds.
I remember tumbleweeds from my childhood when my dad was stationed at Camp Pendelton, CA. We used tumbleweeds to camouflage the forts we made behind base housing. Have a lovely visit!

I immediately started humming that old song, Tumbling Tumbleweeds, and now it will be in my head all day. “See them tumbling down.”
