It feels hard to start writing. Has it really been a year since I have written on my blog? I got notices that fees were due to keep the blog open and I would think of closing it down. But I was not ready end it. I thought I might write again.
I love this image of the mailboxes, the different shapes and colors. If I had a mailbox like this I would love getting letters even more than I do now.

Getting real mail in a real mailbox is so special. Hardly ever happens anymore. I’m from the generation that wrote to our parents when we traveled or went away to school. I miss getting real letters!

The mailboxes in our complex are pretty plain. I correspond with a couple of old friends and I love getting letters back. It does feel almost unnatural to write a real letter now. I remember I did not like emailing at first. I like texting the least of all.
