California Jewels

Bangle, fandangle, spangle, sparkle,

Glisten, glimmer, glow,

Razzle, dazzle, bedazzle,

California Jewels.

California is pretty bedazzling. I am grateful to be a native and love so many of its beautiful natural sites and exciting cities. The LA Times is doing a Calfornia Bucket List series which covers many great places to see in California. Here’s a great little video on the San Francisco cable cars, “that climb halfway to the stars.”

And here’s a few more beautiful spots:

Thanks, Barbara! I love our woods very much. We have some gorgeous forrests. It is fun to watch the cable cars turning. Have to be patient when you wait to get on the cable car because they can have long lines at the main stops. 🙂

Happy to oblige. I think you will enjoy the trip. Looking at some of the destinations makes me want to get out and see more of my own state as well. I haven’t seen it all by any means. Thanks, JoAnna. 🙂

Yes, I love these photos too and I was trying to show off a few of the different parts of the state and glad I succeeded. I don’t know the answer about the elephant seal photo. I got these photos from Creative Commons and I believe the seals were from Wikipedia. 🙂
