“The eyes are the window to your soul.” The sixth chakra located just above and between your eyebrows is called The Third Eye Chakra. This chakra is associated with intuition. Is this eye the window to the universe?
The color of the sixth chakra is indigo. Some fun information about indigo.
“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” A photographer shows us what they see through a camera’s eye. I am passing on a link that I saw on the EngAGE blog this morning about the photographer Flo Fox who has Multiple Sclerosis, is now paralyzed, and is legally blind but able to take wonderful photos. For the past 40 years her subject has been New York City. I love the sights she has captured. Take a look from In Focus.

Well, I got up and danced to the blast back to junior high! I love that song.

I was reminded of this song by the prompt. Since it’s stream of consciousness I thought I would include it. 🙂 Glad you liked it.

I am focused on our beautiful mountains and lakes, Deborah; the sights are truly breath-taking. What a blessing it is to have reasonable eyesight.

Yes it is a blessing as there is so much natural beauty all around us. Mountains and lakes sound beautiful. 🙂

I have loved that song from the day it was released. Yeah, I was still in high school, but that’s OK, It;s just as meaningful today.

I enjoyed reading the article about Flo Fox. I’d never head or her, so grateful to learn about her and see her interesting work. And that song! I’ve always loved it too. It goes with much of Fox’s work. But she has a good amount of diversity. Good balance. Like the two children walking on the parallel fences and helping each other balance. Great post!

Thank You, JoAnne. I had not heard of her either and I thought her photos were very good. I liked the one with the children walking on the fences too. 🙂

Thanks Linda 🙂 I thought the dervish photo was beautiful too, they are dancing at Rumi’s gravesite.
